Reservations:

• Reservations are mandatory and will be confirmed only upon receipt of an advance of INR 500 per guest.
• Without the advance payment, the reservation will not be considered confirmed.

Advance Policy:

• The advance is non-refundable unless the reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours prior.
• The amount may otherwise be adjusted within 60 days.
• Timings: Lunch: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM (Last seating 2:30 PM) | Dinner: 7:00 PM–11:30 PM (Last seating 9:45 PM).
• Tables are held for 15 minutes

Dining Experience:

• Guests may experience our curated tasting menus: the 8-course Lunch Set or the 16-course Transcending Menu.
• The 8-course Lunch Set is available only on weekdays during lunch hours.
• A single menu selection is followed for the entire table; menus cannot be combined or shared.

Takeaway Policy

• Kindly note that items from the set menus (Lunch Set Menu and 16-course menu) cannot be provided as
  takeaway, as the courses are temperature-sensitive and time-sensitive, designed to be experienced in the restaurant.

Reservation Changes 

• An increase in the number of diners may not be accommodated due to availability.
• Kindly inform us prior to arrival should there be any changes to the reservation.

Arrival:

• Guests are requested to arrive on time. Reservations may be released after 15 minutes, subject to availability.

Private Dining

• Private Dining Rooms are available at a minimum spend of INR 60,000 plus taxes (up to 7 guests) and INR
  80,000 plus taxes (up to 10 guests).

Children Policy:

• Children below 10 years may opt for simple à la carte preparations.
• Parents are requested to ensure children remain supervised and mindful of the dining environment.

Guest Conduct:

• Guests are expected to maintain a composed and respectful noise level at all times.

Dress Code 

• Smart casual attire is required. Jackets are recommended. Beachwear, shorts, and open footwear are not
  permitted

Gift Card Redemption

• Prior reservations are mandatory. Please inform the reservation team in advance regarding gift card
  redemption.

Service Charge

• A discretionary service charge of 7% is applicable.
