An avid traveler and a fervent foodie, he has always been inspired by the hospitality industry. Mr. Nath has been named ‘Indian Innovator’ by Entrepreneur ME, ‘F&B Entrepreneur of the Year’ by Entrepreneur ME, and ‘F&B CEO of the Year’ by Caterer ME, among others.

Hailing from the northern part of India, Rishikesh, Chef Rahul has been raised at the foothills of the Himalayas. Since it was a tourist destination, he has grown up having an innate understanding of different cultures and cuisines. He grew up in a predominantly vegetarian community, which exposed his intrigue towards food and exploring different possibilities with it. Chef Rahul’s innovative culinary skills and passion for vegetarian cuisine earned him the title of Future Great Chef of the Year during the Gault & Millau UAE 2023 awards, cementing his place as a rising star in the industry.

His focus has been to evoke strong emotions with every bite. With a fair knowledge and a rich background of having worked with some of the top restaurants in India, his creative sense has developed a methodical approach to develop Dubai’s first vegetarian fine dining experience.

Chef Sanket’s culinary journey is a testament to his deep love for food and his fervent desire to spread the joy of dining to all. Growing up in a household brimming with culinary enthusiasts, he imbibed the essence of cooking from an early age, enriched by his mother’s coastal roots in Maharashtra. Fond childhood memories of exploring humble stalls with his grandfather fuelled his passion for the artistry of cooking, igniting a lifelong pursuit of gastronomic excellence.
Guided by his father’s adventurous palate, Chef Sanket embarked on a culinary journey that would span over a decade, with stints at renowned establishments such as Delta, ITC, Sofitel, Tresind Dubai, and Oberois. Honoured with a degree in Hotel Management from DY Patil University, his passion for food was honed through pre-opening endeavours and diverse culinary experiences.

With his latest venture, Avatara, he seeks to showcase the rich tapestry of Indian vegetarian cuisine, revealing its diverse flavors and untapped potential.
